Project Title:
Capacity Development Planning for 12 Women Led NGOs Partners across Pakistan after Facilitation Capacity Self-Assessment Workshop using Capacity Assessment Toolkit developed by OXFAM Canada using Feminist and Gender Justice Principles
Project aimed to empower women and girls, advance the protection of their rights, and achieve gender equality by supporting the capacity and activities of local and regional women’s organizations and movements. Capacity Assessment Workshops: Conducted 11 workshops using the Capacity Assessment Tool for Gender-Just Organizations (CAT4GJO) across 11 Women’s Rights Organizations (WROs).
Reflective and Participatory Approach: Employed qualitative and quantitative methods to analyse six domains:

D2: Gender-Just Structures and Processes
D3: Organizational Resilience and Sustainability
D4: Strategic Gender Relationships and Linkages
D5: Transformative Gender Justice Programming
D6: Safeguarding Enhanced Capacity of WROs: Significant capacity-building in areas such as leadership, strategic linkages, and gender-justice programming.
Increased Gender Awareness: Improved understanding and implementation of gender-just policies and practices.
Stronger Organizational Structures: Development of resilient and sustainable organizational structures to support ongoing gender equality initiatives.
Improved Safeguarding: Strengthened policies and practices to ensure safe and ethical programming.
Community Empowerment: Mobilized 15,923 volunteers and engaged communities in supporting women’s rights and gender equality.
