After more than 20 years of working in the development sector, I chose to start my own firm where I could bring together my expertise and skills not only to deliver impactful solutions but also to employ, nurture, and mentor younger professionals, helping them grow and excel as the next generation of development leaders. When I started HIMAT, my vision was to build a consulting firm that delivers impactful solutions and creates lasting change. Today, we are proud to be recognized as a trusted partner for governments, development agencies, NGOs, and private organizations across Pakistan and beyond.
