Education Cannot Wait (ECW) is a multi-year resilience program (MYRP) for Pakistan. The The program strives to improve access to inclusive and equitable quality education for at least 155,000 refugees, crisis-affected, and otherwise vulnerable children and adolescents in Pakistan. ECW, in support of in-country partners, plans to reach at least 18,900 children through pre-primary education, 105,000 children through primary education, and 31,100 children through secondary education. Within each targeted group, different partners sought to reach 60% of girls and 12% of children with disabilities, and at least 40% of the beneficiary population was to be made up of refugees.
