Project Details.

As a part of the global program, WWH in Pakistan implemented the project TOGETHER, supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, to strengthen the capacities of local actors in the areas of humanitarian assistance, referred to as the localization program, and aimed to reduce the effects of disasters on local communities in countries of intervention through localized, principled humanitarian action. 

TOGETHER is a three-year program that offers an opportunity and support to the selected Local Humanitarian Partners (LHP) organizations in Pakistan to jointly develop and undertake capacity strengthening and exchange measures in humanitarian response that include, among others, information sharing, capacity strengthening, promotion of learning opportunities, and advocacy to reinforce their institutional and operational capacity to effectively respond to humanitarian crises. 

Coordinated with the WWH team and validated information as needed. Documents and reports of training and programs Meeting with WWH to finalize the agenda of the workshop. Preparation of manuals and modules and material preparation for the workshop Pre-workshop/training meeting with the TOGETHER team/WWH team for a common understanding of expectations, norms, and forms of the workshop Documentations of workshop proceedings, key discussion points, decisions, and recommendations, including a debrief (all days). 

Drafted a comprehensive and self-explanatory action plan (capacity-building plan) according to assigned topics. HIMAT Consulting conducted training and conducted pre- and post-tests. Produced training reports. Revised the workshop report based on WWH feedback and submit the final report.
