Andleeb Shehzadi is currently working as a Program Associate at HIMAT Consulting Private Limited since July 2025. She is a detail-oriented economics graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) with expertise in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), research, and donor-compliant documentation. At HCPL, Andleeb contributes to the development of M&E frameworks and tools for donor-funded research and evaluation projects, supports proposal writing aligned with donor expectations, conducts data analysis, and coordinates project compliance. She has prior experience interning with UNDP and UN Sustainable Development Solution Network Youth, and she holds certifications in data analysis and Python programming. Andleeb is skilled in qualitative and quantitative analysis, stakeholder communication, and evidence-based policy design.
